Editing metadata in QUAM Visio Modeler (Quam 5.3)

If process groups, processes and other elements of the process organization are modeled in Visio, a function |Display EditForm is available.

Elements already stored in Quam can be marked by |QUAM Save objects. A click on |Show EditForm opens the editing mask for the metadata of the elements. The editing of metadata, e.g. the management of links with other elements (with the button |Edit element) see chapter Editing and linking elements (Quam 5.3), as well as with the PLUS button see chapter Creating new elements with the PLUS button (Quam 5.3) (1) can be done directly in this form. Saving the mask (2) leads directly to the synchronization of the just made changes with Quam.

Note: The editing, change of the process type (e.g. task to event, or process to process group), as well as the title of the element is not possible here, and can only be done by shape selection or editing directly in VISIO.
