Create new elements using the PLUS button erstellen (Quam 5.3)
If you want to link elements that have not yet been created, you can create them very quickly and easily directly from the input form by pressing the PLUS button (1).
Depending on whether you create new items from the same list using the button (e.g. a task item in a process item) (2) or create items across lists (e.g. an organizational unit in a process item) (3), the following should be noted.
To create list internal elements (2), open the input form and click in the field "assigned" (child element) or "component of" (parent element) on the button |+ and enter the necessary information in the input mask. To create a child-child element, click again on the button |+ in the editing form of the child element under "Assigned" and enter the necessary information of the child-child element in the input mask. The new child elements are immediately created in the database with a click on |Save and transferred to the input form of the parent object (4).
In this way you can go as far as you like. The parent-child relationship is set automatically.
To create elements from other lists (3) using the PLUS button, which are then automatically linked to the original element, press the |+ button on the corresponding field as described above and make the entries. The parent-child relationships are not set for all lists, therefore it is necessary to define a corresponding parent object under "Component of" if you call up an input form from another list (3). Otherwise, the newly created element is stored at the top hierarchy level of the corresponding list.
Here, too, the elements are immediately created in the database with a click on |Save and transferred to the input form of the original object (5).
