Project meetings - centrally organize and document meetings

Meeting management allows you to organize your project meetings and manage records of project meetings. An appointment can be created and communicated for each meeting. When meetings are held, to-dos, problems, changes, information and resolutions can be recorded directly from the appointment, and documents can be uploaded which, for example, serve as an agenda for the meeting or display the minutes. In this way, all meetings are easy to track and the information is available at the click of a mouse.

Planning meetings - organizing project meetings

Meeting management allows you to organize your project meetings and manage records of project meetings. For each meeting, an appointment can be created in a calendar overview and sent as an invitation to the participants. A meeting can already be organized with reference to a specific work package. Recurring meetings can be created as a series of appointments.

The invited persons have the possibility to confirm or reject the appointment (also under reservation). The response account stored centrally in SharePoint then receives the confirmation of acceptance or rejection by e-mail.

Log meetings - upload information directly

As part of the meetings, to-dos, problems, changes, information and resolutions can be recorded and documents uploaded directly from the appointment. In this way, a log is created that is already linked to all elements affected by the meeting results.
