Process-Structure-Matrix (Quam 5.3)

The process structure matrix shows at a glance which organizational units or roles are responsible for which process steps. Process groups, processes, tasks and branches are displayed in this view.

Open the Process Structure Matrix by clicking on the third tab.

Red marked characters indicate a necessary plausibility check. This is the case if a task has several decision-makers.

In the Webpart settings you can choose whether you want all element types except connectors to be displayed in the matrix (default setting: no selection at |Limited view scope), or only tasks and processes (setting: checkmark at |Limited view scope).

This view displays process groups, processes, tasks, and branches. The abbreviations D (decision), R (responsibility), P (participation) and I (information) are explained using a legend below the overview.
