Modeling Manuals in the Standard View (Quam 5.3)

Before the manuals are entered into the system, it makes sense to structure the individual chapters first. Groups", "Management System Manuals" and "Management System Manual Chapters" can be created for this purpose. The structuring is also done here by assigning parent elements or child elements (represented in the figure by the dashed lines).

To illustrate this, the following example should be considered: Below the group "Quality Management", the management system manual "Quality Management Manual" is created. This consists of several chapters and sections that are modelled with the help of "Management System Manual Chapters". The content is either added to the sections by linking to Word files or written directly into the "Notes" field.
