Naturally, different target groups within the company (and outside) have different demands on the information content of organisational information and thus on the tools with which it is generated, stored and retrieved. Corporate Governance

The management is responsible for the strategic decisions regarding the orientation of the company: where is the added value created, in which organisation does the company operate - hierarchically, regionally and culturally; which governance system does the company follow. Governance System

Process Owner

Process owners are responsible for one or more concrete processes in their area of responsibility. The process owner designs "his" process continuously, defines goals and key figures and ensures the necessary coordination with those responsible for adjacent processes at the interfaces of his processes. It cooperates with the roles in the company that are responsible for the continuous review and monitoring of process management as a whole or individual technical aspects of its processes (quality management or technical auditors). The process manager controls the process and monitors the process results, ensures the conformity of his processes with internal or external requirements and ensures that the process documentation is up-to-date.

Employees

Employees are responsible for the proper execution of processes or individual activities within processes in their area of responsibility. This makes them the most knowledgeable person about operational details of their implementation and the most important source of adjustment requirements and optimization potential. He supports the person responsible for the process with his expert knowledge in designing and describing the content and initiates change processes in the event of a need for change or optimization potential.

Auditors

Auditors are - internal or external - representatives who systematically check compliance with process and structural requirements to be taken into account and point out weak points. Depending on the focus of their audit assignment, different aspects of the organization can be the subject of their analysis (environmental protection, occupational safety, conformity with quality standards, compliance with various compliance requirements, etc.).
